Arotile's Family, Gov. Bello, Others Present At Military Cemetery For Burial Of Late Flying Officer

Kogi State Governor Yahaya Bello has arrived at the National Military Cemetery in Abuja for the burial of Flying Officer Tolulope Arotile.

The deceased’s family and the Chief of Air Staff Air Vice Marshal Abubakar Sadique have also arrived at the venue.

Chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on Air Force Bala Ib’n Nalla is also present.

Arotile, a native of Kogi, died on July 14 at the Air Force Base in Kaduna.

At age 24, she became Nigeria’s first female combat helicopter pilot.
