Minister of Niger Delta Affairs Godswill Akpabio is currently before the House of Representatives Committee probing the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC).
He arrived around 11:20am on Monday.
Akpabio was summoned last week to answer to allegations raised by the former acting managing director of NDDC, Joy Nunieh.
