Indian Doctors Successfully Remove The Huge Tumour In Odinaka Nweke's Stomach (Photos)

A young Nigerian man identified as Odinaka Nweke Emmanuel has undergone successful gastric cancer surgery at Batra Hospital in New Delhi, India.

This was announced by the Igbos Love Themselves Charity Foundation in a post via its official Facebook account on Saturday.

“Halleluya, Odinaka Nweke’s surgery went successfully today in Batra Hospital New Delhi. To God be the Glory,” the Foundation joyfully announced on Facebook.

Findings by Igbere TV shows that the Foundation had initially came to aid of the indigene of lkwo in Ebonyi state, and took him to India for surgery following his cry for help to help save his life.

Igbere TV gathered that however, it was discovered that Emmanuel, who was admitted in March for an operation to remove the stomach tumor, also have a hole in his heart.

Four heart surgeries were performed on Emmanuel. The surgery, Igbere TV learnt, cost the Foundation over 14 million naira.

The Foundation in March also called on members of the foundation to donate money so that the doctors can proceed with the stomach cancer surgery as the money meant to fund the treatment was used to treat Emmanuel heart disease.
