TV presenter, IK Osakioduwa, has debunked rumours that he has coronavirus.
The 40-year-old shared a video on Instagram on Monday in which he cleared the air on reports suggesting he had attended the 2020 edition of the Africa Magic Viewersโ Choice Awards (AMVCA) while having symptoms of coronavirus.
โโฆ Iโm seeing people passing messages on WhatsApp that I travelled to London, came back with the coronavirus, took it to the AMVCAs, took it to some clubs. I havenโt been to London in a very long time. I havenโt been to that clubโฆ I donโt have coronavirusโฆ,โ he said.
On Thursday, a documentary producer, Ifeoma Chukwuogo, alleged that an un-named celebrity had attended the AMVCAs while having symptoms of coronavirus.
She advised all who attended the event to self-isolate.
Singer, Waje, on Friday announced that she was in self-isolation as she had been at the ceremony.
