Let’s Support Anambra Market Fire Victims, Canadian Based Nigerian Begs Countrymen

Canada-based Nigerian man, Lawrence Mba, has beseeched Nigerians home and abroad to come together to victims of the recent fire incident in the popular Ochanja market in Anambra state to enable them go back to business, Igbere TV reports.

Igbere TV reports that Mr. Mba, a public speaker and an indigene of Anambra, made the call on Thursday in a chat with newsmen in Abuja.

Emphasizing on the need for everyone to learn from tragic incident, Mba said there is need to prevent a future occurrence of incidences of this nature.

“The government should intervene so as to get all the victims back to their feet in the shortest possible time,” he said.

Mba further called on everyone to see the challenges of the affected traders as theirs and help in any way they can to alleviate their plights, adding that this is the best Christmas gift they could ask for.

He said he hopes to see an improved Anambra even as preparation for the next election in the state will soon be on its full swing.

He charged anyone who will succeed governor Obiano to govern with the interest of the people at heart irrespective of party divide.
