Ikpeazu Invited to Rwanda by President Kagame, To Speak at 'Transform Africa Summit'

Abia on the March again…

DR. OKEZIE VICTOR IKPEAZU, GOVERNOR OF ABIA STATE, will be speaking on ‘Digital Governance’ at the ongoing Transform Africa Summit, on the invitation of President Paul Kagame of Rwanda.

The event which is holding at Kigali Convention Centre, Kigali Rwanda, May 7-9, 2018, is a conversation on benchmarking best practice in e-government solutions.

The Governor will be sharing experience on ABIA e-commerce platforms, e-payments systems, job creation using ICT hubs and the innovative ABIA STATE TELEHEALTH SUPPORT INITIATIVE.

On the sidelines, Governor Ikpeazu will be involved in the official launch of the ‘African Alliance of Digital Health Network’.

Governor Ikpeazu is also billed to join other world leaders at an exclusive dinner with HE President Paul Kagame of Rwanda.
