Eviction Order: Igbo are The Most Useless, Worthless & Irritable Tribe In Nig - Fashola

By: David Fashola

I have been in utmost shock since yesterday evening going by the reaction of the igbos to the threat from the north on the eviction of the igbos from all 19 states of the north.

WHEREAS the igbos had constituted a nuisance to the whole nation with the cries of Biafra and their desire to leave the “zoo” enmasse for their beloved Biafra, however, their reaction to the eviction threat exposed them for the charlatan, nonentity and useless tribe that they are in Nigeria. The Igbos since yesterday filled cyberspace wailing and gnashing their teeth at the realization that Biafra is now imminent. It beggers belief that the Igbos would reject a golden opportunity to go back and develop the east given the carte Blanche handed them by the north. I as a Yoruba man now wonders what will happen to the igbos if the yorubas issue a similar ultimatum.

I am beyond disappointed at this hitherto endowed tribe has been reduced to rubbish due to vain glorious hubris and unabashed hate coming from a large portion of their misguided youth. The truth of the Igbos’ problem is that they are now a minority tribe that has been conquered as far back as 1970. What equally worries a lot of Yorubas who still care about the igbos is that they have a morbid fear of the east their supposed homeland. Will the majority of igbos die if they return to alaigbo? Must an Igbo man go to hausa or Yoruba land to make it in life? Igbo elders must redouble their effort to make igbos live and invest in the east otherwise, nobody will respect an igbo man. The problem of Igbos is innate due to the fact that they are not only hated in Nigeria but wherever they choose to settle around the World.

Given the fact that I am in no position to give a lengthy article due to work, I will advice the igbos to henceforth desist from disturbing the peace of Nigeria as they lack the capacity to manage themselves due to their shocking minority status in Nigeria. They are scattered everywhere like broken ceramic and they run from home like they are being pursued. Their 5th class status in Nigeria can only be remedied if Igbos look inward and develop the east as I am sure they have the capacity to do. The biafran agitation is dead even before it started going by the sudden change of tone after the threat of the Hausas. It would be fool hardy of the igbos to think the Yoruba or Hausa will show you love and allow you stay in their region when you seek to Balkanize the country. I make bold to state with no equivocation whatsoever hat it is only the Hausas, yorubas or the Niger delta people that have the capacity to form and sustain their independent nations in Nigeria at the moment.

The Igbos have proven to be small fries in the Nigerian project. Selah.
