Abia Guber: Supreme Court Rules on Ikpeazu/Ogah’s Case

Yesterday report came that the matter has been postponed indefinitely, but what actually happened was that Dr. Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah and counsels rejected the panel that was constituted to hear the matter.

But fortunately, the Supreme Court leadership has immediately constituted another panel to hear the matter. So the case holds today Jan. 11.

This is the message sent to us by our source :

“Relating to recent developments, the hearing on the matter between Ogah versus Ikpeazu on suit no. SC 717 2016 and SC 719 2016. Scheduled to be heard at the supreme court Abuja tomorrow the 11th of January 2017 will still go on as earlier scheduled, please disregard the earlier information.”
