Governor David Nweze Umahi of Ebonyi State, on Saturday, inspected the ongoing construction of Nigeria’s largest shopping mall in Abakaliki, the state’s capital.
Speaking during the inspection, Special Assistant to the Governor on New Media, Mr. Francis Nwaze said the mall when completed will be the first of its kind in the entire country. The design was gotten from Dubai Mall before several good heads, Engineers and Architects were assembled by the governor to get a more concise and beautiful mall.
He said : “It was just few months ago that I shared pictures of when this shopping mall commenced. You will bear me witness that the speed and quality of the construction are extraordinary.”
“The mall when completed will be the first of its kind in the entire country. The design was gotten from Dubai Mall before several good heads, Engineers and Architects were assembled by the governor to get a more concise and beautiful mall.”
“One of the most interesting and outstanding parts of it is the water fountains which is designed to be at the last floor. I bet you that you will never see a mall in Nigeria that will compete with the mall Governor Umahi is building in Ebonyi State.”
