The National Assembly election petition tribunal sitting in Umuahia has declared Hon. Benjamin Kalu as the authentic winner of Bende federal constituency elections, Igbere TV reports.
Igbere TV recalls that Chima Anyaso had challenged the victory in court over alleged irregularities.
INEC had declared Hon. Kalu of APC winner in the February 2019 NASS election after defeating his closest rival, Chima Anyaso of the PDP.
