Nigeria’s President, Muhammadu Buhari on Friday received the leadership of the National Assembly in Daura, Katsina State, Igbere TV reports.
TV reports that the the leadership of the lawmakers led by the President of the Senate, Ahmad Ibrahim Lawan arrived Katsina earlier on Friday to pay Sallah homage on Buhari in Daura.
In the entourage of the President of the Senate are Senate Leader Abdullahi Yahaya, Deputy Senate Leader Ajayi Borrofice, Deputy whip Sabi Abdullahi Minority Leader Enyinnaya Abaribe, Minority whip Sen. Philip Aduda, Deputy Minority whip, Sahabi Ya’u and the three senators Representing Katsina state – Sen. Babba A Kaita, Sen. Abdullahi K Barkiya, Sen. Bello Mandiya
