JUST IN: Nigerians Slams INEC For Denying Existence of Server

Nigerians have attacked the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for denying the existence of a server where the results of the February 23 presidential election were uploaded.

INEC, through its counsel, Yunus Usman, told the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal on Thursday that the server which Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its candidate, Atiku Abubakar, were demanding access to was non-existent.

β€œThey are asking us to bring something we do not have,” Mr Usman said.

Atiku and PDP claimed that the results they obtained from the INEC server indicated that he (Atiku) won the poll with over six million votes margin.

Nigerians have reacted with disgust to INEC’s claim about the non-existence of a server.
