“We have discovered why the black market Hausa Fulani judge Kafarati ran away from his own court earlier today. Nigeria can never win this case of terrorism against because of this High Court ruling below:
“The Federal High Court of Nigeria, Per Justice Binta Nyako of Court No 4, had in its Rulings delivered on the 1st day of March, 2017 held that the Indigenous People of Biafra is not an unlawful [terrorist] Organization.”
The above ruling was never challenged or appealed against. How can the same High Court that ruled that IPOB is not a terrorist group after both parties argued their case before a judge, turn around and label IPOB a terror group without IPOB lawyers present. Today that IPOB has challenged their obnoxious ruling, Nigeria has not filed a response and the unlettered Hausa Fulani judge has disappeared from his own court.”
