The residents living in Victoria Garden City (VGC), a gated community (estate) off Lekki Express Way, Lagos State which happens to be the estate where the Vice President of the country, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo resides in are calling onto the government to come to their rescue, Igbere TV reports.
Igbere TV so far understands that a section of the road leading to the main entrance of the glorified estate has gain notoriety for being always flooded even at the slightest rainfall.
Recently, it rained, and in order for residents and some visitors to move around, an excavator was employed to move them across the flood water.
