While some governors are yet to resume for duty in their respective states, some are still basking in the euphoria of being in power but in Lagos, the man in charge has resumed work and he is not joking all.
Reports reaching Igbere TV has it that the Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has apprehended one of the randy “danfo” drivers for violating traffic regulations on the Lagos island.
Rounding off his inspection at Mile 2-Apapa road yesterday, the governor decided to pass through Eko Bridge where there was massive traffic on the other side but trust our dear danfos to always be in hurry, one was unfortunate that he passed the one-way when the governor’s convoy was passing by.
Mr. Sanwo-Olu stopped the convoy and ordered for the arrest of the man and his bus.
According to him, his administration will not tolerate any sort of indiscipline and breaking of traffic laws across the state.
