Igbere Tv just obtained photos from the turbaning of four new Emirs by the Kano State Governor, Abdullahi Umar Ganduje.
Recall that Igbere Tv brought to you the report that the Kano State House of Assembly, on Wednesday, passed the Bill for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs into law, paving way for the decentralisation of the Kano Emirate council.
Ganduje on Wednesday also signed into a law the bill creating four additional emirates in the state.
It was also reported that a High Court sitting in Kano on Friday stopped Governor Abdullahi Ganduje from implementing the decentralisation of Kano Emirate.
The governor has defied Court order and went ahead with the decentralisation of Kano Emirate as he turbaned four new Emirs.
