According to the NLC, Abia Govt owes:

Abia State Teaching Hospital – 12 Months’ salary

Hospital Management Board – 9 months

Secondary School Teachers – 10 months

Abia Poly – 13 months.

Abia College of Health & Sciences – 13 months

Pensioners 19-25 months:
