The leader of the indigenous people of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu has taken a swipe of his trial judge, Justice Binta Nyako over the trial of IPOB members, insisting that it was never penned down in the 1999 Nigerian constitution as amended.
IGBERE TV understands that Nnamdi Kanu made this known on Tuesday via micro blogging site twitter.
“Section 36 sub-section 12 of the Nigerian Constitution prohibits trial and conviction of anybody in a Nigerian court of any offence not written down. Secession or self-determination is not written down as an offence in Nigeria. Binta Nyako is ignorant of the law”. He tweeted.
