Jubilations as INEC Declares PDP’s Onofiok Luke Winner of Etinan Federal Constituency
The Speaker of Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly Rt. Hon. (Barr.) Onofiok Luke has emerged winner in the Saturday’s Presidential/National Assembly election to represent Etinan Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives.
The Speaker, who contested with his opponent of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Dan Abia Jnr. polled a total number of 44,830 votes to defeat Abia who scored 15,800.
Meanwhile Luke is currently representing the people of Nsit Ubium State Constituency in Akwa Ibom State Legislature.
Despite threats by Akpabio who was quoted as saying:
“Go and tell him (Luke) God told me he will not win the election to represent Etinan Federal Constituency”
But today, let it be on record that that same man, the child of destiny, Onofiok Luke, is the FIRST in the elections across the entire state to be declared winner by INEC.
