Few hours to the commencement of Presidential and National Assembly elections, thugs allegedly hired by the People’s Democratic Party LGA chairman, Ogbuarusi, in Abia State have been nabbed by the vigilante group in Ohafia Local Government Area.
In a video obtained by Igbere TV, the gang leader confessed that they were hired by the Chairman of PDP in Ohafia to snatch ballot boxes in order to rig election for Senator Mao Ohuabunwa.
However, the vigilante group vowed to hand them over to the security operatives.
Igbere TV recalls that President Muhammadu Buhari warned “Ballot Boxes Snatchers to do so at the expense of their lives.”
