An Albino slay queen has shared a sultry photos of herself while urging her countrymen in Malawi to stop killing people of her kind for ritual purposes.
The lady has joined a host of others to condemn the abductions and killings of Albinos in Malawi and other African countries such as South Africa.
People who live with albinism are treated “more like ghosts than humans”*, following years of ostracisation and a general lack of public understanding.
Their persecution is almost entirely based on myth and superstition. Witch doctors believe their body parts possess magical powers. Some think that possessing their limbs can ensure better health, and will bring good luck to the owner.
