There was a mild drama at a burial yesterday in Imo state after a dance comedian reportedly drank four bottles of beer and decided to take his performance to a higher level (literally).
According to Facebook user, Ifeanyi Onyenankeya, the dance comedian who apparently got drunk at the funeral event in Okigwe area in the state, climbed a Palm tree to show his prowess but couldn’t complete the quest.
It was gathered that on reaching the middle of the palm tree, the performer began experiencing cold feet and reportedly started to cry – as people ran around to ‘rescue’ him and find a way to bring him down.
It was scooped that some people at the event looked for mattress to help him in soft landing before a ladder was brought to his aid.
