The internal crisis rocking the All Progressives Congress (APC) following the outcome of the party’s primary elections across the stares appears to be deepening.
Igbere Tv learnt that almost all the state governors on the platform of the party yesterday boycotted a meeting with the national chairman, Adams Oshiomhole.
It was gathered that Oshiomhole invited the governors and governorship candidates of the party to a meeting in Abuja on Monday but they snubbed him.
According to source who spoke to Igbere TV:
“Oshiomhole and the party’s National Executive Committee (NWC) met with some of the governorship candidates and two governors who came around for the meeting.”
“The governors present were those of Niger, Sani Bello; and Plateau state governor, Simon Lalong.”
“None of the absentee governors sent representatives and refused to give reasons for their absence.”
