Igbere Tv earlier this morning broke the news of a foiled attempt by 5 unseated APC lawmakers who were formerly members of the Akwa Ibom state House of Assembly to impeach the Speaker.

The illegal invasion by five sacked lawmakers was aided by some security agents and thugs, who chased out staff of the House of Assembly.

However the arrival of the Speaker of the Assembly Onofiok Luke, who was accompanied by 20 other members marked a tragic end of the comedy.

On sighting the arrival of the lawmakers, the impostors scampered out of the complex.

 

See photos of the self acclaimed Speaker, Nse Ntuen who scaled through a window and bolted away on the arrival of the 21 lawmakers.

He was aided by some of their supporters to flee the complex through the back door.
