This is really very disturbing as a 14-year-old student of Bedrock Intl School, Azikoro, Bayelsa State, was arrested for robbing a lady of her phone after attacking her with a cutlass.
IGBERE TV learnt that the incident occurred on sunday and the suspect identified as Ayibaye Julius, was nabbed by members of the Bayelsa State Vigilante Service.
