The crisis rocking the Imo state chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has taken another twist as a federal high court sitting in Abuja today issued a FORM-49 to the APC chairman Adams Oshimole, to explain why an order of committal (previous restraining order not submit any other name other than that of Uche Nwosu as the APC flag bearer for Imo Guber Elections) should not be met, IGBERE TV reports.
A form 49 serves as a warning notice before a notice of contempt of court is issued.
By this notice Oshimole and APC CANNOT submit any other name to INEC pending the determination of the case or the one in whose favor the latest court rules.
IGBERE TV will continue to follow situations on this matter and bring you updates as events unfold.
