BREAKING!!! Drama as Okorocha Storms AsoRock Few Hours to INEC Deadline to Save In-law's Ticket

 

Few Hours to the deadline by the Independent National Electoral Commission for all political parties to file in the names of their candidates for the 2019 elections, the embattled Imo state governor, Owelle Rochas Okorocha was today spotted in the Presidential Villa Aso Rock in a last minutes effort to save the gubernatorial ticket of his anointed successor and In-law, Uche Nwosu.

IGBERE TV sources in AsoRock informed us that President Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday met behind closed doors with Okorocha in the president’s office.

Though Gov Okorocha’s mission in the villa was not officially revealed, inside sources say the meeting is likely to discuss the crisis rocking the Imo State chapter of the party over the governorship ticket.

The ticket is being contested by Senator Hope Uzodimma and Okorocha’s son-in-law, Uche Nwosu.
