A man, Mr. Patrick Okhegwae, suffered serious injury and was hospitalized in Lagos after he engaged a sex worker, Favour Maxwell, in a brawl inside a popular hotel in Shasha area of Lagos where Favour operates as worker.
It was gathered that Patrick and Favour had a disagreement over an undisclosed matter which led to exchange of words and later to public fighting.
Patrick had thought that he would have his way and defeat Favour unknown to him that she was stronger and used to public fights.
She reportedly attacked, beat Patrick mercilessly and went further to use a sharp object to inflict injury on his head and finger. He bled profusely and was rushed to an undisclosed hospital for treatment.
The matter was reported to the Shasha Police Division; Favour was arrested and detained at the police station. She was later charged before the Ejigbo Magistrates court for assault by inflicting injuries on Patrick.
