Two Killed After Being Struck By Thunder. Reason Will Shock You (Photo)

A fresh secondary school graduate simply identified as Ogechi and a 15-year old, Emmanuel have been killed by a thunder strike.

Igbere TV learnt that the incident happened on Sunday, September 30th in  Shimawa in Ogun State.

According to Abiodun Adewole (Mr Double A) of Splash F.M, who shared the report after speaking with the bereaved mother of one of the deceased, it was gathered that her son Emmanuel left the church after the end of the service but went to a football field rather than going home.

The mother said; “I only received a call that Emmanuel is dead as a result of thunder strike”.

The heartbroken mother further stated that 14 people were on the football field but only 3 people were affected.

Ogechi and Emmanuel were reportedly killed as the third person identified as Segun was restored by native doctors who allegedly traced the cause of the shocking incident.

It was alleged that Segun stole money and gave Emmanuel N100 to get soft drink for his friend, Ogechi before he gave the remaining N30 change to Emmanuel.

It was said that the owner of the stolen money allegedly invoked Sango, the god of thunder to strike the person/persons responsible – – as an act of revenge (this was reportedly revealed by Sango worshippers who were invited after the incident).

According to the journalist, the mother who was sobbing throughout their phone conversation, revealed that Sango worshippers performed some rites following the death of her son.

The incident was aired on Splash F.M 105.5 earlier today, leaving most people shocked.
