Ahead of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) primaries for the National Assembly scheduled to hold tomorrow 3/10/2018, one of the key contenders for Bende Federal Constituency, Dr. Chidi Nwokocha has stepped down for his opponent, Dr. Chima Desmond Anyaso.
Speaking with IGBERE TV today, Nwokocha revealed that he stepped down for Anyaso because he strongly believes that Anyaso is the man that will take Bende people to the promise land. He described Anyaso as a good man with a good heart who has no limit to what he has set his heart to achieve.

Nwokocha revealed that he didn’t collect any money from Anyaso in order to step down for him because he believes in equity and justice.
In his words,
“Having seen the political scenario in Bende, I have one common interest which is for the good people of Bende to move forward. The structure on ground has a lot to do with the future of Bende.”
“And that’s why I have spoken with my friend who I see as my brother, Dr. Chima Anyaso and we have decided to put our forces together and move Bende forward.”
“So, I’m here to tell everybody that we are friends with common interests and instead of me dividing the votes that will take him there or him dividing the votes that will take me there, I have decided to step down for him.”
“Anyaso is a good man with a good heart. Some people have limitation to what they can do but I stand to tell you that Anyaso is a man that has no limitation to what he can do “.
” I’m not here to take money from anybody because my support cannot be bought with money. I, Dr. Chidi Nwokocha will always stand for equity and justice,” he said.
