The Governor of Edo state Mr Godwin Obaseki of APC was captured on camera sleeping heavily on Tuesday while Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari was delivering his address at the United Nations General Assembly in New York, probably after a long night partying in the busy American megalopolis.
