The managing Director of Anambra Broadcasting Service(ABS), Chief Uche Nworah yesterday welcomed a Youth Corp Member, Eme Udochukwu Prince and his team in preparation of their forthcoming event tagged “Culture Rescue Mission”.
According to him,
” Still in preparation for my Personal Community Development Service “Culture Rescue Mission” with the theme: Our Culture, Our Identity: Let’s Invest in it and keep it Alive. I led my team on a Courtesy call to the Managing Director, Anambra Broadcasting Service (ABS), Chief Uche Nworah to officially inform and invite him to “Culture Rescue Mission” the First Ever Inter- Secondary School Arts Exhibition/ Competition holding on Thursday 27th & Friday 28th September, 2018 @ the Anambra State Secretariat Hall by 11am.”
“After my introductory speech, the MD welcomed us and appreciated the idea behind the program.
He promised to support the project in any means within his capacity and informed us that Abs TV will cover the Grand Finale on 28th Sept.”
“In addition, he gave us a special invitation to feature in their creative forum *Good Morning Anambra show* to talk more on “Our Culture, Our Identity” on Wednesday by 8am.”
“In closing remarks, Queen Lawrence and Julie kankro (my two team that went with me) thanked the ABS Boss for his warm welcome and support towards the success of the project.”
“I also lean my voice in appreciation to the MD and made him to know that with his likes, Corps Members will surely be encouraged to embark on personal CDS projects which will in return make our society a better place.”
“We pray that God will continue to use him to move Anambra Broadcasting Service forward, “he said.
