IGBERE TV correspondent reported few minutes ago about INEC official caught Mutilating official results pasted at INEC Office in Ayedaade LGA

This may be this reason.

1000 votes have been deducted from PDP votes in the LGA.

Against 10,836 recorded on the form, the returning officer for the LGA announced 9,836.
