The Leadership of the Concerned Igbo Leaders Forum in collaboration with Coalition of PDP Progroups and the Northern Indigenous people of Bende Federal Constituency cry out to the Chairman of PDP Mr Uche Secondus to intervene to the mass movement of the people of Bende Federal Constituency to the ruling opposition party the APC.
Any attempt to impose an inept federal house member who has been rascal, inglorious and careless to the yearnings of the decay in the infrastructure and the people of Bende for the past 12 years will spell doom to the Party and development in Bende.
Nnenna told the people of Bende that “she has been assured to go back and waste the resources and chances for developing Bende Federal Constituency against the equitable aspirations of qualified, competent and capable young professionals from Bende.
We do not like to hear words like that “have been assured” of return ticket. Nnenne should show us what she have achieved for Bende federal constituency and allow us return her by our vote and support.
Using words like the above if actually it came from the Leadership of our great party is totally condescending and could trigger mass protest if she eventually emerge.
We are sure that the pulse on the field is different from her self acclaimed profile instead of projects. It will not be business as usual. Leadership of our party should be careful and assess the antecedents of popular and unpopular candidates that will represent and fly the flag of the party in the 2019 election.
Hard work and not high profile are the best consideration for aspiring Leaders.
