In a statement made available to IGBERE TV, the Bende Federal Constituency aspirant also emphasised on the need for Nigerians to love one another irrespective of their differences in religion. He also stated that all Nigerians need each other to actualize a country of our dream.

“Every religion preaches love for both adherents and non adherents. There is need for all of us to live according to the injunctions of the two major religions in the country. Love and tolerance for one another, acceptance and respect for one another. These are ingredients that would take us to enviable heights as a people.

“Harmonious co-existence will make us a a destination country for everyone. It would open our doors for foreign direct investment . The absence of harmony is the recipe for chaos” he said.

“There is no part of this country that can claim to have it all. We depend on each other for our daily consumables, commerce, industry, sports even political allignment to build the nation of our dream. We must use the period of this celebration to reinvigorate our unity and peaceful co-existence” he added.

Barr. Kalu called on the people of Bende to expect the best representation ever in the history of the federal Constituency. ” The 9th National Assembly will have the name of Bende echo through the green chamber, Bende will be glad they sent one of their own. I will serve them selflessly, passionately and wholeheartedly. I am not going just to represent the elites, my representation will be for all citizens of Bende who will have a consistent unhindered access to me.” He said.
