A 35-year-old man has been arrested by police for trespassing at the residence of another man whom he tried to engage in homosexual act with.
Following credible information, operatives attached to State Intelligence Bureau (SIB) of the Bauchi state command arrested one Ismail Yusuf popularly known as ‘chair’ of Rariya Quarters in Bauchi.
It was reported that the suspect jumped into the residence of one Haruna Banki with intent to commit homosexual act.
On receipt of information, the police operatives swung in to action and arrested the suspect.
The suspect who was paraded alongside other criminal elements – voluntarily confessed to the crime that has been in the act for very long time. He will be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded.
