BREAKING!!! Abaribe To Remain in Detention as Court Adjourns Nnamdi Kanu's Case till November

Justice Binta Nyako has adjourned the case between the Department of State Security Services(DSS) and the Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra Mazi Nnamdi Kanu till November 14 2018.Justice Binta Nyako has adjourned the case between the Department of State Security Services(DSS) and the Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra Mazi Nnamdi Kanu till November 14 2018.

Senator Representing Abia South Senatorial District in the Senate Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe who was arrested by the DSS last friday was brought in Court this morning before the Judge.

However Justice Nyako clearified that she did not order nor approved the arrest of Senator Abaribe and urged his Lawyer to do the right thing in Law to secure his clients Release.

Senator Abaribe is being held by the DSS for yet to be disclosed reasons, but there are speculations that his detention is over his Surety for Mr Nnamdi Kanu when Kanu was granted a N100,Million Bail.

After the Invasion of the home of the IPOB Leader by the Army,the Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra has not been seen either in Public or Private.

The Court adjourned the matter till November 14 2018.

Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe is still being held by men of the DSS.
