The Bende Federal Constituency aspirant in a congratulatory message to the newly inaugurated exco in state also pledged to sustain the tempo of his support for the Hon Nwankpa led exco to achieve its goals of entrenching a more people oriented leadership in Abia state.
The message reads “The growing fortunes of Abia APC has achieved another significant milestone by the inauguration of our amiable, highly cerebral and visionary chairman Hon Donatus Nwankpa by the national leadership of our party.
“I congratulate Hon Nwankpa, his excos and indeed all the party chairmen across the five (5) South Eastern states. This singular step has recorded an irreversible big loss to all the undemocratic characters who were bent on ensuring the demise of the party in our state and region.
“What this clearly indicates is that when the people are united in one voice, it makes futile the efforts of desperados and undue scavengers of vain relevance. Now their fixation and fear for the moving train has become their permanent company, unless they accept our hand of fellowship to come back to the fold and work together for the growth of APC.
“Come 2019 the people will speak again. The good people of Bende will express their choice of representation and leadership through the sanctity of the ballot box. Any attempt to scuttle the choice of the people would be seriously resisted. The era of standing akimbo watching the undesiring elements brazenly upturn the will of the people is far gone.
“Bende come 2019 will decide if the current government has fulfilled their infrastructure needs. They will decide if they are enjoying their right to good healthcare. They will decide if they are satisfied with their current living standard. They will decide if this government is accountable and transparent for their liking and this will take place across various cadres of leadership in the state.
“All stakeholders of our party cannot afford to relax at this point of our history but redouble our efforts and continue to galvanise support for the success of the leadership of the party in our state especially in Bende Federal Constituency which will see to the sack of this celebration of mediocrity called representation in Bende Federal Constituency.
“I once again congratulate Hon Nwankpa and his team and wish them a fruitful, successful and peaceful reign. I have always supported your administration and I pledge to support you the more with all my followers”.
