Jubilation Trails Benjamin Kalu's Children's Day Scholarship, Payment of Teachers' Salaries (Photos)

There was jubilation during today’s children’s day celebration after Barrister Benjamin Kalu, who is the founder of Benjamin Kalu Foundation pledged to pay the salaries of teachers whose students excelled in BKF Essay competition 2018.

There was jubilation during today’s children’s day celebration after Barrister Benjamin Kalu, who is the founder of Benjamin Kalu Foundation pledged to pay the salaries of teachers whose students excelled in BKF Essay competition 2018.

He also offered full scholarship to the winners of the “BKF annual essay competitions in both the Primary and Secondary school levels. Kalu, who is a House of Representatives aspirant for Bende Federal Constituency was pictured, leading a match pass and playing football with the children, including other sports activities.

He advised the students to be obedient to their parents and focus on their education because that is the key to be successful in life and also be useful to the society.

He also assured them that when finally elected by the citizens of Bende Federal Constituency,  he will promote the rights of the children from birth to adulthood.

The teachers on their part, thanked him for his kind gesture and promised to be more committed to their work and prayed for Barrister Benjamin Kalu to win in the forthcoming election.
