Governor Ikpeazu of Abia State has again been endorsed for the 2019 goverorship election in Abia State. This latest endorsement from Umu Aba Connect Association is one of the numerous calls from different sub-Abia groups asking Governor Ikpeazu to recontest for the 2019 Governorship election.

This latest endorsement from Umu Aba Connect Association is one of the numerous calls from different sub-Abia groups asking Governor Ikpeazu to recontest for the 2019 Governorship election.
This agreement was reached after a critical appraisal of the performance of the present administration of Governor Ikpeazu, since inception in 2015 despite litany of electoral litigations from opposition parties.
Present at the meeting was Mr. Austin Ufomba, Special Adviser to the Governor on Public Private Partnerships Abia State, who lectured the association on Investment opportunities in Abia State.
The endorsement motion was moved by Dr. Chima Desmond Anyaso and was jointly signed by other members present. The Association at its meeting at Le paris continental hotel lekki phase1 Lagos State, concluded its plan to host a mega rally in honour of Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu on 26th of May, 2018 which will also feature a town hall meeting with Governor Okezie Victor Ikpeazu and all stakeholders in Abia State.
