The systems according to our findings were installed at the cost of $18million which was fully paid by the consultant Sheikhs and Bishops Limited, owned by Sir Chikwe Udensi, a gubernatorial aspirant under the platform of APGA in Abia state without any government input.
The IGP described Sir Chikwe Udensi as the best security consultant in the country and a blessing to the country, urging other well meaning Nigerians to emulate him.
Sir Udensi in his response expressed gratitude to the IGP and pledged to continue serving the country, adding that his dream is for a better Nigeria free from crime. He also promised to transform Abia with his vast experiences in security if elected the governor come 2019.
