The Indigenous People of Biafra have started the operation cow dance against President Muhammadu Buhari in Washington DC, 9News Nigeria has learnt.

The IPOB members are demanding for Nnamdi Kanu’s Whereabouts, and the marginalization melted against the Igbos by Buhari’s administration.

Recall that President Muhammadu Buhari is currently in Washington DC and will meet President Donald Trump.
