There will be a national fest/award in Port Harcourt. The concept is a celebration of the values of Nigerian children which is aimed at bringing children from various states in
Nigeria to showcase their intelligence, talents and interact with one another.
The project also creates an avenue to empower grassroot children and remind parents the importance of a healthy child, the need to protect the right and freedom of children in order to ensure they grow into happy and healthy adults.
The project was first introduced in 2008 by UNIQUE CHILD CLUB, a division of SELFLESS SERVICES INTERNATIONAL.
Some of the activities which are expected to be performed include..
1. Free medical checkup
2. Advisory teaching
3. Unique princess contest
4. Kids cultural display
5. Dancing and Singing competition
6. Kids Drama
7. Kids Comedy
8. Charity project launch (Empower Grassroot Kids)
9. Showers of Blessing from Children
10. Award Presentation
11. Reward of the winners
The target of the project…..
1. To give schoolarship to some children that dropped out of school
2. To fix some talented children to entertainment companies so that their talent will be productive
3. To support some sick grassroot children
4. To inform children their right and freedom
5. To encourage children to be involve in nation building
