From World Health Organisation records, malaria is one of the leading causes of death in Africa, the Niger-Delta area being riverine with mangroove vegetation is a natural breeding grounds for mosquitoes, the fight against malaria has been on for decades, without definitive success, it is against this backdrop that a newly crowded Queen, Progress Nbinye Wenedah, Miss Amnesty Nigeria 2018 has decided to join in the fight against malaria with a view to ensuring that people of the Niger-Delta are free from the scourge of malaria So that they can live well and live long.
Consequently, Queen Progress Wenendah in collaboration with Mascot Uzor Kalu Foundation invites you to join the campaign against malaria on the 25th of April at the Metro Lounge, factory Road Aba by 9am -6pm, being World Malaria Day.
