Mr. Ebi Okoyen, popularly known as Okinikini who is the principal security officer to Bayelsa state governor, Seriake Dickson – today presented a new car as a gift to his wife for taking all the burdens of marriage and child birth.
The government aide presented the car to his wife in the presence of family and friends as his wife reciprocated the loving gesture with a deep kiss.
