The Indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB) wins a major court case as they secured the freedom of their eleven detained Biafran activist in Aba Prisons.
IgbereTv understands that the released Biafran activist who were charged for Terrorism, Treasonable Felony, Conspiracy and other groundless charges, were granted Bail on charges bailable in Magistrate Court and Abia State High Court. IPOB Legal Team filed Motions for Bail in Magistrate and High Court, upon which they were granted Bail.
However, Bail Perfection of the accused, were also perfected by IPOB, which led to their Freedom.
