Reports reaching our newsdesk from Aba say Nigerians Soldiers are shooting sporadically in the city. Hausa -Fulani Traders in Ama Awusa have all disappeared and taken refuge at the central police Station. Most of the Markets in the city have been shutdown around 4pm as traders run for their safety.

Soldiers have blocked all roads out of Aba to prevent IPOB members going to Nnamdi Kanu’s Home in Umuahia.
