Former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, has posted a cryptic tweet in reaction to news that Wednesday’s Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting, has been cancelled.
Fani-Kayode posted: “Federal Executive Council meeting cancelled for tomorrow? Here we go again…..”
It is the second time in three weeks, that the FEC meeting will not be held.
On Tuesday, Minister of Information Lai Mohammed, in a statement said: “the two-day public holidays declared for the Eid-el-Kabir celebrations left little or no time to prepare for the weekly meeting.”
It could be recalled that last week when the meeting held, the Federal Government approved the Mambilla hydro project that will be handled by a consortium of Chinese companies at a cost of $5.79bn.
