A source in the legal team of Kanu who visited Kuje prison Tuesday 11July where Madubugwu and two other IPOB principal officers are currently remanded confirmed that he (Madubugwu) has been diagnosed of Asthmatic Bronchitis by the Prison medical staff.
The source further revealed that Madubugwu’s health is rapidly declining as a result of inadequate medical facilities and quality attention.
He is also experiencing severe pains around the groin and lower abdomen.
