According to Sahara Reporters, the Department of State Service (DSS) is planning a massive Clampdown on social media users over President Muhammadu Buhari’s ill health.

Sahara Reporters say, a delegation has been sent to Russia to learn how to shut down social media and target users over President Buhari’s Health.
